Lights

Inside the house there are holes in the ceilings that are for light inputs. for most people trying to build a dollhouse themselves it isn't easy to have lights if you don't know how to work light tracks. Lighting from balloons are the perfect solution and you can get 12 lights for 10$ at party city.

Bedroom

For the bedroom I tried to give the effect of a single female that lives there so that's why the bedroom has more girly color. A lot of the pieces in the room are made of cardboard and have a purple color scheme. 

Bathroom

I made the mirrors from nutigrain bar wrapper and wrapped around cardboard to give a reflection effect.

For the upstairs I created 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. In the bathroom made a tube from cardboard with working water. Sike just kidding but would that be amazing.

First Floor

For the inside of  the house the floor, I polished off the first floor and completed the second.

This is the final result of the exterior and I made flower boxes for every window. For the flower boxes I use cardboard scraps for dirt and made wire flower.

The Dollhouse: The Beginning

I am going to go through step by step on how I made the dollhouse, the interior, and dolls to complete or come close to making a claymation.

So this is the foundation of the dollhouse connected by Styrofoam. The fake floor is from the dollar tree and was originally used as cabinet liner.
